I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach and I help moms improve their kids moods, behaviors, & selective eating with whole foods + supplements!
I’m also a mom with ADHD (diagnosed around the age of 10) that really struggled growing up in life and school. This has guided me to the work that I do today to help families incorporate more whole plant foods into their diet to help combat some of the hardships that come with ADHD or kids moods and behaviors in general.
I received my Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell and the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
